Summary

Chapter Two: A missing scene after the mission Countdown. All is quiet in the pub after Task Force 141 take out Hassan and save Chicago. Soap reminds Ghost that he doesn't leave things unfinished.
Additional Chapters: A continuation of the story after the completion of the campaign revolving around Ghost and Soap and their developing bond. Ghost Team learns to navigate their new dynamic while facing down adversaries, reuniting with allies, and attempting to enjoy a little R and R before leading potentially into MW3 upon possible release.

Summary
The Assistant is an office romance AU that picks up after the events of MWII (22). Kate hires Stella, a bubbly, snarky geek, as her newest assistant, and Price hates that Stella pushes every single one of his buttons. Kate’s tired of him firing her assistants and so forces the two to collaborate on a major project. As they fight and grow, Stella and Price find themselves leaning not just on each other, but also on Simon, who’s been there all along for both of them over the years. Slowly, things start to change for the trio.
Sometimes, love leads one down twisted paths and takes on unexpected shapes.

After a dangerous encounter leading towards your own capture and torture, you; Codename "Mirage", went from one of the best snipers on the task force with a bubbly sense of humor and strong wit, to a stone-cold demeanor woman who let her vendetta get the better of her, almost costing her the lives of her teammates. Ghost wasn't too happy about this, and based off experience, he wasn't going to let your mind head down that path any further.
