Summary
Four years after his escape, Hannibal Lecter is once again imprisoned at the hospital in Baltimore. He's the same as ever, except that he refuses to discuss Will Graham, who there hasn't been a trace of in years. When the Buffalo Bill killings start, FBI trainee Clarice Starling is sent to interview him, and Hannibal has his interest piqued. But it’s not for reasons anyone would suspect, and as usual, his motivations are all about Will. A remix of Silence of the Lambs, where Clarice finds herself occupied not only with catching Buffalo Bill, but with unraveling the mystery of what exactly happened to Will Graham. And Hannibal knows more than he’s letting on about both.

Summary
Greg peeks over his shoulder, seeing everyone he came with wholly distracted by something at the ice bucket. He bobs his head with the music, trying to force himself to get into it while he scans the crowd and picks out a few people – a group in flashy red sequins, bright against the lights, a dancer in a gold shift that doesn’t hide anything, a familiar, whacky character in furs who must be sort of inhuman, and…
And Tom?
No.
…Yeah?

Summary
When Tom's three am alarm goes off and he hears Greg's pitiful whine from somewhere in the dark, he becomes instantly aware that this is going to be a long day. He switches the bedside light on, which bathes Greg's sleepy face in soft, yellow light. Greg has his eyes closed, but his face is wrinkled like an oyster receding from the spritz of lemon.
"Get up chucklefuck," Tom says, swinging the duvet back, "we've got a To Do list longer than a fucking Leonard Cohen song and if we're late, our contact will disappear into the woods, forcing me to have to put a muzzle on you, and have you scramble around in the undergrowth looking for truffles."

Summary
Greg laughs awkwardly, a familiar reaction to calling him out on his shit. “But I was uh, just…” He pauses, then raises his brows, imploring, “Really into you just touching me and telling me I was being, you know, good? And, and the collar. Obviously.”
Obviously. He’s only mentioned it about thirty times.
Tom quirks one of his own brows at the sincerity, a throb southward that has him set his heels and lean back in his chair with a low creak of metal.
“Or, um,” Greg stutters, wetting his lips while his eyes darting markedly downward at Tom’s lap. “Hey, you could, like, tell me what to do? And then I do it?”
“I wish, Greg, I could, but I’ve accepted you’re a wildcard in that respect,” Tom says, pretending at discontent, setting his chin atop his knuckles with a low tut. “However burning and bitter, as the finest battery acid, that acceptance has been to swallow.”
“Well, I know, I – ” Greg pauses, moping briefly, but then his eyes get big and round, as his mouth twists into this frankly incredible little grin. “Are you like making me beg on purpose?”

Summary
“Is that your mark?”
“Oh, yeah,” Tom says, flushing some and peeking down at the veritable smudge on his arm. It’s not exactly his best feature – other people have little charming stripes or an animal, lines from a poem, and he’s got… none of that. Hell, Shiv herself has that cute blade at her ankle.
Shiv stares for longer than is strictly comfortable.
“It’s not really any sort of shape,” Tom laughs, a little awkward, thinking she might be trying to figure it out. “It’s a Rorschach, I guess. Or, well... that’s what one doctor said.”
Shiv raises a brow and touches just lightly around it. “Like the ink blots?”
“Yeah, just like,” Tom says, then he turns his arm a little to look at the inside of his bicep, tapping at the mark in some urge to cover it up – to make her stop looking at it. “Whoever my soulmate is, they’re a little different depending on who’s looking at them.”

Summary
Greg has a plan to relieve some of Tom's stress after work, which may or may not involve edibles. It also may or may not work a little too well.

"I don't know if you like, noticed, Tom?" Greg scrunches up his brows. "But I'm actually pretty high?"
“Huh,” Tom laughs. “Gregory, flying high as a kite on a Friday evening? Color me shocked.”
"Shut up." Greg rolls his eyes and shoves a forkful of lasagna into his mouth, looking at the counter. His face is stinging harder.
“Gregory, are you blushing?”Unfinished - abandoned May '22. Thanks to everyone who left such kind words!

Summary
Greg meets Tom’s downcast glare. “What else is there to say, Tom?” He nods over at the desk. “Anything? Or maybe you just want to flip something over? Call me like- a fucking pussy or something? Throw papers in my face?”
“You want me to call you names, huh?” Tom spits. "Want me to call you names, push you around? Would that make you feel better?”
Greg pulls back, Tom getting dangerously close to his face. “I think it might make you feel better, actually.”

Summary
Greg gently holds Tabitha away while slipping out of her grip and away with a slight trip into the wall. “I-I’m not really eager to engage in any sort of sexual congress with you.”
“Oh my god,” Tabitha says, not angry, exactly, but certainly lighting up with an indignation not unlike what she accosted him with downstairs. “I could’ve sworn we were on the same wavelength here.”
“Okay, an-and yeah,” Greg says, picking up the remote with a fumble and turning on the television, scratching a hand through his hair with his other hand. He watches Tabitha turn in a huff toward the door.“But – uh, like bringing you back achieves that for me either way?”
Tabitha pauses with her palm on the handle, then turns, leaning into the jamb with a cock of her head. She stares for a beat, then takes a step forward, back into the middle of the room. “That’s an interesting point.”

Summary
Tom finishes rolling the dough out a final time, peeking over his shoulder to watch Greg as he hums some unnamed tune while he gently pulls the turnovers out and dutifully sets them onto a rack on a table. It’s a sight that makes Tom smile so hard that he huffs through his nose, looking back to the dough, and starts to cut it into even strips.
“Oh, wow,” Greg says, presumably speaking directly into the turnovers. “Like, where did you get rhubarb?”
“We had some compote leftover in the freezer,” Tom says, turning around with a brief peek at the camera to the front counter, a relic from before Greg, then leaning against the table, as he starts to wind the dough around his fingers into buns. “Had to use it before it turns to worthless frosty, forgotten shit.”
