Summary
In chapter 12 of Calamity Interlopers (an SMBZ x Amphibia crossover fic by Protogoji_02), Bowser has kidnapped Princess Peach during the heroes’ search for the Chaos Emeralds, prompting Mario and his close allies to rescue her. This also raised tensions between Sonic and Shadow, who argued that stopping Mecha Sonic is more important than saving the princess.
However, in this version, the hedgehogs’ dispute escalates, leading to a far unpleasant outcome than the original falling-out... 😬

A Core-rupted Marcy AU set during S3 after the canon events of True Colors and Olivia & Yunan:
Imprisoned within the mindscape at her lowest point, The Core leverages Marcy’s traumatic memories to persuade her into joining their “noble” cause of restoring Amphibia to its former glory in exchange for partial control of her body. Fearing her friends want nothing to do with her and she has nothing left to live for, will Marcy turn to a path of darkness to serve the Core?...
(This is a rewrite of the original Losing Marbles aimed to address the mischaracterization and remedy the 3-4 month timeskip that basically skipped Marcy's descent. As fun as it is to make our blorbo go fully on unhinged evil, We both learned it makes for a far better story if there is more conflict within her heart to challenge the Core’s constant manipulation.)
Also, this AU will feature a few original Core Member characters carefully crafted to expand upon what we know about the Core and serve the story.

Summary
When Anne asked her parents if she could invite Marcy over for Christmas, Mr Boonchuy couldn’t wipe the grin off his face all day. Including that night when he talked his wife into letting Anne sleep in until a little after the Plantars arrived. And when they did arrive the next morning, he told them that Marcy would be visiting.
And oh, did the Plantars know her well.
The four look at each other with mischievous glances, grins growing on their faces.
“We’re all thinking the same thing, aren’t we?”

anne’s had a crush on marcy for forever now, obvious to everyone but marcy. By the time the holidays roll around one year, mr. boonchuy and the plantars have had enough of watching anne and marcy’s pining and take matters into their own hands.
