Martin was knocked back from the invisible force. He heard a thump of something hitting the floor. When he opened his eyes he saw Jon laying on the floor, unmoving.
"Jon?" He said shaking him, "Jon? Wake up, this isn't funny."
Martin tried to push that growing panic down. Jon wasn't responding.

Summary
Where are the artifacts going and who took them?
These are the two questions Jon and the crew have been asking themselves. It seems as though every time Jon reads a statement, he finds out that the items mentioned in the statements are missing. Elias isn't being much help either. Just what is he hiding about this?
More importantly, what really happened to Gertrude, and why does Jon get the feeling that the missing artifacts have something to do with her disappearance?
There's more going on here than Jon and the team realize, and that may put them all in danger, or worse, get one of them killed.

Summary
Martin Blackwood had nothing else to lose when he agreed to work under Peter Lukas. His mother was dead, his friends were gone, Basira and Melanie only tolerated him, and Jon, well, hates him. Elias even showed him exactly what Jon had said behind his back. Elias can't fabricate memories, right?

Summary
The fog comes back.
Nothing else has found its way into their safe little haven yet, but the fog does, creeping through the cracks of their cabin, blanketing them in thick, heavy billows.
Jon is there every time, he's there to pull Martin back when he gets lost, bleary eyes and hands so transparent Jon's fingers glide right through when he reaches for them.
"Martin", he says, forcing a shaky smile on his lips as he tries to hold onto the warmth Martin's name elicits in him. "Martin? Come on. Come back to me."
"Jon?" His name echoes, the mist thickening.
"Yes", Jon says emphatically. "I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere without you. You're not alone anymore, Martin, remember?"
Martin blinks, something sparking up in his eyes, but the cold fog sets heavily around them, blurring Jon's vision.
"No!" Jon reaches out, won't let himself lose sight of Martin ever again, he won't let him slip away. "No, you can't have him!" he yells into the cold white all around. "He's not yours to claim!"

Or, the one where Jon and Martin try to find what happiness they can, despite the Lonely looming, the Eye watching, and their own doubts weighing them down.
