When the League attacked the USJ on April 14th, they came without warning, and Aizawa was completely unprepared. It was all he could do to fight tooth and nail to protect his students, no matter the cost.
Then, he wakes up on April 14th again: no students injured, and no damage. The USJ is scheduled for that afternoon.

A re-origin story of Hawks (Keigo Takami) becoming a vigilante whose unofficial mentor becomes Stendhal/Hero Killer: Stain; basically a "what if" scenario if Stain took in Hawks before the Hero Public Safety Commission does.
Young Keigo Takami runs away from home first thinking only one thing: freedom. It's unfortunate this innate desire will lead down a darker path that will be paved in the bodies of "fake heroes" and villains alike, but what's a little murder on the side and having some fun by messing with the heroes and villains, because no one's safe from the antics of the Hero Killers' protégé.
