More like a victim of a natural disaster. As if he had spent hours on the roof escaping a flood, only to be carried away by a tornado.
But burying the knives was still a good idea. The kid seemed to trip over while making a sandwich."

Summary
To say Bruce was was horrified when a member of the mob approached him and offered to rent him a child would be an understatement. Pedophiles were at the top of Bruce's 'hate' list, and to find out Gotham was so infected by them... Bruce had no words.
Now that he has said child in his custody, Batman has dedicated the majority of his time to dismantling the mob, and tracking down every last pedophile within Gotham. With Jason's help, he might actually succeed.
(Or: Bruce's POV during Reclaiming Innocence, as he takes to justice anyone Jason recognizes as a 'client.' Might occasionally have spoilers for the main fic.)
