“Well, if you want,“ Shane hesitated, half afraid Ilya would laugh at him for asking, half embarrassed over how bad he wanted to do it. “You can tell me if you don’t like it.”
“I like everything you do.” Ilya countered bluntly. “Hollander, everything you do is good. Why are you–”
“Can I hold you?” Shane asked, and Ilya didn’t understand, “You want to hold me?”
“Yeah.” Shane slid off the couch to kneel on the floor. “Like this.” He pulled Ilya’s pants down slowly, licking his lips and exhaling audibly shaky when he saw Ilya’s cock lying soft but thick against his thigh. “Can I hold you,” he inched closer between Ilya’s spread knees, running his fingers over his bottom lip in a purposeful invitation, “Like this?”

He heard his own voice then he reached for the handle and the bolt. “I requested that you stand next to me during the ceremony, tomorrow. Can you do that?” he hated how cold he sounded. Why wasn’t he able to say - I need you to be there with me. Otherwise, I will drown –But there was no answer. His friend- his partner- was rarely at a loss for words.
Finally, he managed to take a glance back over his shoulder, but Henry didn’t look at him. He stood tall, closed the weapon belt around himself, gripped his sword and looked out of the window, although there was nothing in the pitch black sky to look at.
Henry breathed audibly. “If it’s the last thing I do.”

Henry hesitated, his heart beating faster. They'd shared beds before, when the tavern had only a cramped room, or when the forest floor was cold and they gripped each other for warmth.
But here? Hans was in no danger of being robbed or frostbitten… He really didn't have an excuse-
"Henry." Hans' voice was like a slap. "Divest yourself of that stinking armor and come here."

He doesn’t—in fact, Satoru’s outburst has pretty much pushed any smart comment he may have had from his mind. He looks genuinely angry, not that pouting, hyperbolic rage he pulls out when he doesn’t get his way. All Suguru can do is gape at him as he stares at Suguru with something wild in his eyes he’s never seen from him before.
Suguru finds out something about Satoru he never would've expected. He proceeds to have a crisis about it.
