As winter wraps South Park in its gross, chilly arms, our heroes (a little throwback to our Superhero Days) find themselves wrestling with the age-old dilemmas of adulthood—like how to not drown in a sea of booze, what to do when your ex-wife decides to play musical chairs with your heart (and your kid), and just how many apology beers it takes to make up for being a monumental fuck-up. Summary
Osomatsu is the oldest brother out of six, the youngest only being a few months old. After his parent's deaths in one of Japans' most deadliest pile-ups, he has to take on a responsible role in order to take care of his younger siblings. But everything seems to go to hell when Ichimatsu wakes up with a painful ear infection.
Or Osomatsu is not a responsible big brother in the slightest and struggles to learn how to provide for his family alongside Karamatsu.

Stan thinks he might be ready to confess his feelings for his best friend, but changes his mind when Kyle brings a girl to their graduation ceremony. He tries to convince himself that he's not jealous, but the alcohol can only hide so much before he begins to lose his composure, pushing Kyle away in the process.
