"Eddie!" Volt yells out as he crashes the door open, out of breath and downright panicked. Eddie assumes the worst.
"What? What is it? Are you hurt?" He shines the flashlight towards the sound of Volt's voice, and his appearance almost causes Eddie to drop the flashlight to the ground.
"I'd rather be than look like this!"
A storm tears through the neighborhood, and the power is lost. That's not the only thing that Volt's lost either...

Summary
The new rink worker wasn’t exactly subtle.
Qrow wasn’t sure what shifts he worked yet, possibly the ones right after public skate since he never saw him actually working. But at some point during the kids’ skating lessons, he’d appear, with the same giant green scarf wrapped around half his face and a new, awful tank top. Today’s was actually quite restrained, because it was solid black and just said “TANK TOP” on it in bright white letters. Tuesday’s had been eye-searing pink with some sort of weightlifting slogan. The Friday before, it had been yellow with a duck crossing sign.
Not that Qrow was keeping track.

Clover is the captain of the Atlas Aces. Qrow is the coach for his nieces' junior league team who got called in as an emergency backup goalie for Vale once against the Aces. Clover shoots his shot, and they go from there.
First chapter is just "Emergency Backup Qrow," reposted. Chapter six will be smut, and is sectioned off from the rest of the fic for both easy access and easy skipping, because I know I'm both of those people sometimes. Read up to it if you like Flirting and Getting Together. Read after it if you like The Drama! Ends happily because I'm a sucker.
