Summary
“We can’t risk anyone knowing if we want to get where we want in life.”
“Then why are you kissing?” asked Ginny, trying to process it.
“We … we like each other,” Percy said in an unusually soft voice, sharing a glance with Oliver. “We just have to like each other in secret.”Or: Ginny caught Percy kissing Oliver, instead of Penelope. That was just the beginning ... Percy never explicitly told his family that he was dating Oliver, but somehow they found out anyway. From overheard conversations, compromising situations and revealing letters, there is more than one way for your family to find out about your not so secret boyfriend.

Summary
Percy Weasley has never understood Quidditch. The rules are ridiculous, the players are reckless, and Oliver Wood's passionate monologues about strategy should, by all logical accounts, be unbearable.
So why is Percy secretly spending hours learning Chaser formations from Charlie? Why is he taking notes on Keeper tactics? And why does his stomach do strange, deeply inconvenient things whenever Oliver smiles at him across the Great Hall?
Charlie figures out the truth almost immediately: Percy has a crush. A catastrophic one.
Now Percy is stuck navigating embarrassing brothers, suspicious twins, and the horrifying realisation that he might actually enjoy listening to Oliver ramble about Quidditch for hours. Meanwhile, Oliver seems oddly delighted by Percy's sudden interest in the sport-and even more delighted by Percy himself.
Unfortunately for Percy, falling in love is far less organised than he'd planned.

The group had completed the Earth trial. A week of travel to the Dark Kingdom left everyone wanting a break. As they made camp, Nuru was out getting water and Hugo was out getting firewood. Yong and Varian chose to stay behind. Yong was making fireworks while Varian watched. Things go wrong and the firework launches into the trees instead of upward.
Coming back at the worst possible time, Hugo ends up getting grazed by the firework. Varian decided to help Hugo tend to the burn.

Day 7: Free Day
They fell into a not so comfortable silence. Hugo sat there, twiddling his thumbs. Why was he doing this? This wasn’t a normal interrogation procedure at all? Meaning he was doing this of his own accord, which again didn’t make sense. Varian didn’t like him like that. Why would he care?
He can’t like him like that. Or Hugo would explode.
Varian avoided eye contact as he spoke, “Have you ever fallen for someone you shouldn’t?”
…
After being caught stealing from the royal vault, Hugo expects prison, interrogations, and a very long sentence.
He doesn’t expect the Royal Alchemist to keep showing up with books.
Unfortunately for both of them, things only get worse from there.

Summary
Eugene burst in, panting, “We need to have a brother to brother conversation!”
Varian died a little inside. The last ‘brother to brother’ conversation they had was about why holding hands doesn’t lead to babies and other ways to get them.
Eugene closed the door, waltzing in. Like usual, he kept trying to touch the various experiments Varian had going, leading to his hand being slapped away about ten times before he spoke, “Did you see your mail?”
“No actually, I don’t read it,” Varian sighed, choosing to go back to his experiment. Now this was interesting, trying to see if he could use cobalt in the next firework show—
Eugene thrust five envelopes into his hand, each with a different nations crest on it, “Can you start reading your mail now?”
Varian groaned, but obliged, tearing each of them open. What a mistake.
They were all letters about suitors wanting to court him.
Now he was really going to be sick.
…
Varian spends an evening desperately trying to avoid being courted.
Instead, he falls for the first person who asks him about cobalt.

Day three: “Dance”
Varian has never been one for parties. Casual celebrations and festivals sure, but any event that might require him to dress up in stiff, formal clothing and politely mingle with people he either doesn't know or even like makes him want to lock himself in his lab and not show his face until the day after.
But when he meets someone new, a mysterious stranger who hides behind a mask, he might find his opinions changed.
