“This is ridiculous, Timothy!” Jack screamed. Timmy flinched, tears pricking at the corner of his eyes. “The Drake heir reduced to thievery?”
Janet clicked her tongue, disapproval dripping from her tone. “Really, do you have any idea how the public is going to take this? It will take at least a week for the publicity to die down!”
Tim bit his lip, holding back the sobs that yearned to rack his small frame. Tim really didn’t mean to get his parents in trouble, he was just so hungry.

Summary
As Tim skidded into the next alley, the Batsignal came into view. He must be near the police station, because the light stretched across the polluted Gotham sky, a symbol of hope. Tim’s eyes wandered to a nearby rooftop, and he gasped.
The Dark Knight himself loomed ominously, his cape billowing around him. As Tim watched, a familiar figure dressed in red and green landed with a flip next to the Batman, an easy grin plastered on his face. Robin.
OR
Tim, stalker extraordinaire, loved his everyday life. With no nanny and infinite freedom, his days consisted of school and following the Bats at night. Sure, his parents are...absent, but that shouldn't effect anything.

Dick blinked away the sudden wetness in his eyes and twisted the cube sharply. He couldn’t believe it had been only six months since that night. Since Bruce had brought him to Wayne Manor. The adoption had gone through two weeks ago, giving Bruce full parental rights.
Technically, Bruce was Dick’s new dad.
Dick tried not to think about it too much.

“Maybe that’ll teach you to stay away from my plants!” Poison Ivy screeched as another vine came smashing down – one he just barely missed.
“I wasn’t trying to meet them.” Nightwing called back, half gasping as half shouting. And it was true – Dick was just going about his usual patrol in Bludhaven when he happened to step on one of the green-skinned villain’s plants. Turns out, Ivy had just been released from Arkham the previous hour, and so Nightwing unluckily had to deal with her bad temper.
“Lies! I know how you bats are!” She screamed again, aiming for Nightwing’s legs with her vines, “Always sticking together, always fighting each other’s villains!”
“Trust me, I’m the last person trying to clean up after B!” Nightwing replied.Or,
In which Dick gets hit with Ivy's pheremones, but it'll be fine right? Besides, the scan came back clean, so he should be ready to go.

“We’re supposed to be partners,” Tim insists, as if he has any business telling off the man towering over him now. “If it were Dick or Jason telling you to—”
Bruce suddenly turns on Tim and snarls, “Don’t you dare try to compare yourself to them.” He jabs a finger at Tim. “Don’t ever act like you are anywhere near on the same level as they are. You haven’t earned the right. You’re nothing like Jason. You’re nothing like Dick. You’re just you.”
