Still, this doesn't dissuade him from walking through the front doors every day to do it; it's just that today happened to be the worst day of his life.

Hospital AU. The hospital's head of legal returns after his long overdue vacation-turned-year-long sabbatical—without the former chief neurosurgeon in tow. The medical director is less than pleased about this. At the same time, the lack of a hospital ethics board has put quite a number of things on hold, opening a new can of worms that Ochi never even knew about.
