Summary
The day Sun died, his family shattered into a million pieces. They'd all mourned and grieved in their own ways, each slowly coming to terms with his choice to take his own life.
Eclipse was a problem solver, and right now, his new family had a Sun-shaped problem that he needed to solve. For the sake of his lovers and little brother, he'd make this right.
Lunar had been one of the only ones to really see Sun for the troubled soul he was, and see the different ways he was hurting before the end. That's why, when his brothers walked in the room and promised to bring him back, Lunar grew angry. Because despite everything that had happened, nothing had changed.
Moon looked across the sea to the setting sun in his mind, wishing and hoping that he made the right choice, for Sun's sake. So imagine his surprise when his replacement shows up, introduces himself as Nexus, and then said that Sun was dead. And the only way to bring him back, was to bring Moon back first. -

Yet in the other they wear a mask, going by a name of their choosing and fully wielding their powers for good or evil.
Ebott city is one of the many with a constant power struggle between heroes and villains. The citizens practically worship the heroes, buying merchandise of their favourites and treating them like celebrities, while the villains work in the shadows towards their own goals.
For the most part the city is relatively peaceful, until a new villain emerges, ready to play the game. -

Tortured endlessly by his sins and failures, Geno's suffering finally reaches a crescendo when he comes to the realization that his efforts were in vain and nothing will stop the genocidal child. His misery and desperation are finally enough to pierce the void, drawing the guardian of negativity to his cries. With his arrival comes an offer to escape, and with no end to his hell in sight, Geno takes it and finally leaves the void as the newest member of the Nightmare Gang.
Nobody ever realized how important Geno is... or how important he would become.
