Summary
The crashing of the waves on the shore sounds almost like a song – a rhythmic chant, a steady heartbeat, yet the glistening foam does not swallow the gem half buried in the sand. It calls to him, beckoning him closer, shining with a shifting, ethereal light so blinding that it almost hurts to look at it. Leave it be, Elrond tells himself while his very fëa cries out in warning as he reaches for Maglor’s Silmaril, as though his body has a will of its own.

Summary
When Tony accidentally gets himself sucked through a portal to another galaxy, he's going to need all the help he can get to find his way home. Little by little, Tony manages to unravel the enigma that is Loki, but nothing could have prepared him for what he finds when his (sometimes her) soul is finally laid bare before him. They don't just fall in love; they crash-land into each other's orbit and a spark becomes an inferno.
The only thing that matters for Tony in the end, is that 'home' can be anywhere as long as he's at Loki's side.
On Hiatus I will return to this eventually, but right now I need a break from Marvel.

Summary
Nothing is ever easy. That is a fact that Loki is all too intimately familiar with, but does it really have to be this hard? Between rebuilding the TVA and dealing with the political intrigue that comes with being its president, he has his work cut out for him. Of course, it gets worse – much worse, when he realizes the true consequences of the seemingly harmless spell that Amora cast on him.

Summary
“I hear you brought back a new pet,” Ravonna says to him as he pours himself a glass of scotch and settles into his usual spot on the sofa.
“What can I say? I’m good at picking up strays,” Mobius quips. “It’s sort of my job.”

Summary
It’s over. He’s supposed to be happy, right? Supposed to figure out the rest of his life, supposed to do whatever he wants. Maybe it’s that easy for Sam, who’s restarting law school in a week, but Dean doesn’t know which way's up. All he can do is fake a smile and pretend everything’s fine; it’s an art he perfected years ago, after all. In reality, he’s drowning. Every little thing is a reminder of Castiel’s fate, but it’s too little, and far too late. So, he handles the grief the way he always does, by lashing out at Sam, and driving off alone to Jack only knows where.

Summary
The first time it happened, Mobius just assumed it was actually a mistake. He questioned it the second time, but the third time… Really, ‘Mopey Ass’? Mobius squints accusingly at his coffee cup. Does it really say that? He’s not mopey, is he? He glares at the raven-haired barista, with his stupid hipster bun, as he openly flirts with a group of half-dressed college girls. Surely he must be imagining things, because he did not just wink at him.
On Hiatus I will return to this eventually, but right now I need a break from Marvel.

Summary
“So, are you going to stop avoiding your mother, or what?”
Astrid glances over the top of her TemPad, away from a patient’s file that she had asked her secretary to send her, at Mobius. He’s reading a newspaper and chewing his food with his mouth open like a slob. Obnoxious, she thinks, wrinkling her nose in disgust. He’s doing it on purpose, though, because he knows she is ignoring him. Mobius isn’t that slovenly, not really – well, the awful Hawaiian shirt he’s wearing might beg to differ.
“No,” Astrid replies decisively, her gaze falling back to the file open on her TemPad. “I think it best that he doesn’t know about me, unless you already told him which was probably a mistake. I like existing.”
This should be read after Love, and other Lies and chapter 14 of For all Time, Always.

Summary
Loki makes a split second decision that changes everything. Little by little he finds his place in the universe, and Mobius’ arms, as he slowly learns that he is worthy of love. Well, with some help from the friends he meets along the way.
This can technically be read alone, but I do strongly recommend reading Love, and Other Lies first.

Summary
Disclaimer: I do not own any recognizable characters, places, etc. I’m not profiting from this in any way.
This is a collection of oneshots that tell the backstories of original characters from my Alterity series, and some canon characters who don’t have one. I will update tags as I add more. Each chapter is a different character.
A lot of this won’t make sense (aside from the canon characters), unless you read the rest of the series this belongs to.

Summary
He’s going to kill Loki. Okay, no, he won’t. He would really like to, though, Mobius thinks as he unsticks another pink post-it from the bottom of the coffee canister.
This is a companion piece to I’d Lie for You, and That’s the Truth, to be read after chapter 16.

“No, not that.”

Summary
The timedoor Sylvie pushes Loki through doesn’t just take him back to the TVA, but to an entirely different timeline where he’s the leader of the TVA and Mobius’ lover. He fakes it, until he can’t anymore. Learning how to love hurts and might just be the death of him, but none of it will matter if he can’t find his way back to his timeline - to his Mobius.
