To make things simpler, you have been transmigrated into the body of DreamWasTaken, your favorite character from the hit series who also happens to share your name.
Why yes, Dream deadpanned back. He also happens to suffer some of the most horrible deaths known to man.
Definitely not my problem, the System whistled innocently.

In which Dream, a normal fan living a normal life, dies due to 'unknown reasons' (read: tripping on his limited-edition Wilbur figurine while holding a glass of water, only to slam headfirst into his computer—thus electrocuting and concussing himself to an untimely death), and ends up transmigrating into his most beloved character's body. Trying to avoid his character's horrible fate, he starts with the easiest chess piece to fix things—Tommy—only to realize he did not have the brains the initial Dream had, and things were slowly going from weird to, well, weirder.Series
