"Сміх, добродушний і підбадьорливий, навіть Стар трохи заразився ним, глухо посміюючись крізь фільтри протигазу. Зі сторони це виглядало дивно, навіть трохи дико. Цілий натовп іскрівців проводжають людину у споряджені Варти, хтось навіть не стримався і дав легкого копняка на удачу. Стар не ображався, розумів місцеві порядки і сам би з радістю відсипав собі на горіхи, якби побачив зі сторони.
Посміховисько. У наморднику і з натертим до блиску вартівським нашийником. Не вистачає лише повідця."

Sam stared at him, at the rope. The shape taking form. He’d only had one beer, nearly half an hour ago now, but his vision wouldn’t settle. "Looks like a pentagram," he said after a minute.
The man’s head snapped up. Long hair drawn back into a ponytail, sagging features. The whites of his eyes were yellowed but when he spoke Sam caught a spark in them. Suspicion or hunger, he couldn’t quite tell. “What a goddamn thing to say.”

In another universe, superheroes are created and licensed by a company known as Vought. They are treated as celebrities, and they have secrets of their own, committing atrocities left and right. Kept from the consequences of their actions by Vought. These aren't heroes. They're monsters.
Clockwork feels that things could change, if a monster who knows the meaning of humanity was injected into the mix, and offers Nolan the chance to fix things.
Nolan readily accepts.Time for this Universe to see real power.
Cancelled for the time being, but possibility to come back to it later down the line.
