But Shane is well and truly alive and wastes no time in making his wishes known — he has every intention of reintegrating the group. Of course, not everything can be fixed immediately; Lori is dead, and both men struggle to adjust to the other's place and needs. This time, though, Shane is more than willing to try.
" I lead the group. You follow my orders, and Carl and Judith are my children. Do you get that?"
Shane's jaw is clenched now. "Yeah."
