Summary
Tim Drake is five when he discovers magic, six when he realizes Gotham is alive, and nine when the city warns him that Robin is going to die.
So Tim does the obvious thing: befriends Jason Todd and dedicates himself to keeping him alive.
It doesn't work.
Jason dies. Gotham grieves. Tim inherits enough ancient magic to terrify people who actually know what they're doing, and Bruce makes him Robin largely to stop him from murdering the Joker.
Then Jason comes back from the dead, furious about being replaced, only to discover his replacement is his childhood best friend—now trained by Batman, Lady Shiva, and John Constantine, magically claimed by Gotham, and absolutely delighted to see him.
Or:
Tim Drake becomes Gotham's favorite little magician.
This is everyone else's problem.

Summary
1st Hypothesis: I haven't broken a single bone.
Conclusion: I am boneless
2nd Hypothesis: I broke two bones while following Batman.
Conclusion: I have two bones with a possibility of a third one.
3rd Hypothesis: I have successful replicated an illegal drug that allows to become an adult. I have both the drug and the antidote to return back to normal. But Jason is dead.
Conclusion: Bring Batman back to his normal self.
Plan of Action: Become a better Nemesis than Joker and show Batman the right path.
Or where Tim Drake gets poisoned, turns into an adult and decides that becoming Batman's Nemesis is the only way to help him. So, Tim becomes the opposite of Batman.
Batman wears black, Tim wears white.
Batman is Vigilante, Tim is Thief.
Batman comes unannounced, Tim informs of his arrival.
The only thing they agree on: No murder.

Summary
Tim has been concealing something far more sinister than a missing spleen. His little trip to save Bruce from the timestream ended with him waking up in a green haze and a lot angrier about the ways he's been treated. Tensions rise as he starts to avoid the family, but when they find out what happened how will they react?
(My answer to what would happen if Tim got dunked in the Pit while working with Ra's and told no one.)

Summary
Barbara glared at the wheelchair with disdain.
It was top of the line - a rigid, carbon-fiber frame and the best cushion Bruce Wayne's money could buy. The tires were all terrain, and the handrims were cutting-edge, designed to reduce strain on her hands and wrists. She despised it on principle.
It had been three years since Tim's fateful fall off of one of Gotham's many rickety fire escapes, shattering his spine. In the chaos of that night - Killer Croc facing off Batman, Batgirl and Robin fighting together to take him down- no one had heard the snap of the rusted metal coming loose, tossing Tim thirty feet to the alley below. He was lucky to be alive.
Or, paralyzed wheelchair users Tim Drake and Barbara Gordon take on the world and learn to love the lives they've been given, wheels and all.
