Summary
Rick Grimes moves to Alexandria from Atlanta for a fresh start after his wife Lori passes away in Child Birth. Suddenly coping with the fact he’s now a single father with two kids, he needed a change of scenery - especially after his previous partner and ‘brother’ Shane Walsh took him to court over custody of Judith Grimes; a case he did not win. Holding his family, and himself, together by thin threads, he helps Carl adjust to his new life, while trying to figure out how to exactly care for a baby alone.
Thankfully, this cul-de-sac he found himself a place in is filled with peculiar and interesting individuals who - for the most part - are ready to accept him and his children into their community with open arms.
Now, if only his unusual neighbour stopped bothering him.

Even in school, it seems he finds his way to make enemies with the golden boy of the Football team - Negan Smith.
Negan Smith, Alexandria County High Schools best athlete, but worst student. He breathes, eats and drinks delinquency for a living. With his group of friends, the saviours, he dominates the school. Although no one dares to come near them, Negan always manages to come to school looking like he got hit by a truck. Luckily, as they approach the end of their senior year, Rick will never have to see or even think about Negan again. He'll get that good life he dreams of.
Rick and Negan would never imagine being friends, or even partnering up for a project - however, when their home room teacher assigns their class with The Baby Project, they find themselves partnered together; with the duty of raising a fake baby. They might find that they are a lot more similar than they believe.
