...That couldn’t be her admitting to such things, could it? Certainly not. Some demon had stolen her tongue.
Yet no horned fiend popped up, no ghoul wearing her face that she could blame, her words damnably loud without a Fade-touched cackle to hide behind.
Oh dear.
“Bull?” Cullen sat up, furrows in his brow deepening. A sharpness entered his gaze, the same intelligence and caution she saw before he stepped up to the war table. “The Iron Bull? Whatever for?”
There were few things a woman could be searching out the Iron Bull for at such a salacious hour.
She watched as the implication hit, dread mounting in her chest alongside the sudden jutting of his jaw. “O-Oh.” A vowel strangled, gasped on air from a cleared throat. He shifted, back straightening from its lazy lounge, hands steepling before his torso as he leaned forward. Red dusted his cheeks. “Oh, I see…”
Did he? Oh, Creators. He thought her some trollop.

- Transfigurations 1:5Something goes wrong when Dorian and Eve Trevelyan are sent back from the dark future. Eve falls through the porthole before the spell is ready, and ends up not back in Redcliffe but in the lap of Knight-Captain Cullen in his office in Kirkwall.
The Inquisitor thinks she knows how much trouble she is in- after all, she has heard the stories about Cullen's feelings on mages. What she doesn't realize is that late-Kirkwall Cullen was not only bigoted, but half-mad (from the lyrium idol, from stress, from never sleeping).
Cullen knows that Eve is a mage. Cullen knows that she has a large, green hole in her hand - But Cullen doesn't think that the Inquisitor is a demon. Slightly unhinged by lack of sleep, stress and his personal demons the only explanation his mind can come up with is that the beautiful mage who just fell in is lap is his Maker-sent reward. He has no intention of letting her go anywhere, much less back to the future.

Shortly after Mizuki escapes from prison, Iruka vanishes from his apartment, and Kakashi is assigned to lead a search team that brings the missing sensei home. After returning to Konoha, Iruka is placed under a protective watch while he recovers— one that Kakashi has no business volunteering for, hardly knowing the sensei, and being far above the skill level necessary to guard someone from a single escaped convict.
Then again, Kakashi’s never been particularly predictable.

Hidden in the Hokage's archives, in the section on Konoha's clans, is a group of writings from an anonymous, self-proclaimed 'clan observation specialist' with detailed takes on lesser-known clan peculiarities.
In the area designated to the Inuzuka clan, a single file from the early rule of the Fourth Hokage is signed by said writer. It reads:
'The Inuzuka are a particularly social clan, comparable to their canine companions. While many other similarities can be observed, such as sharp teeth, enhanced senses, and strong natural field and everyday instincts, the most notable trait is their instinctual desire to form bonds.
Familial bonds are stronger than any other clan's; all members and families are considered part of a larger 'pack.' Friends are also held close and treated as part of this pack. But all of this is relatively common knowledge.
By far, the most fascinating and least known trait is the ritual bond with their 'mate.' When an Inuzuka subconsciously desires or accepts one as their match, they enter an altered, feral state, clinging to and attempting to claim said mate via seduction and biting. She cries out as he rocks against her. He does it again, making a memory of the elven as it rolls from her lips like a wave. It’s beautiful… and it’s just for him. She could have anyone in this castle and she came to him. She stayed with him. The thought slows his hips.
He has to tell her the truth. He should have told her the second she jumped out of the fade. He kisses her neck, feels the wild thrum of her pulse before he lets it spill free.
“I love you.”
She instantly stills.
It takes him a moment to realise the hands against his chest are now pushing him away. She rolls off the desk as he steps back, her expression hidden by her hair. His heart plummets into his gut when she brushes it back. Her face is a pale mask, eyes shaking like a deer staring down a hunter’s bow.
It’s as if all the heat has been snatched away. He’s suddenly painfully aware of how loud he’s breathing, sharp bursts splintering the silence.
“Are you alright?” He tries to stifle his panic when she doesn’t answer. “Please. What did I–”
“I don’t want this.”

The Kazekage kid is still participating, and he kills with no remorse. He’s a jinchuuriki, like Naruto. I don’t need to explain to you how dangerous that can be. So, Hatake, if our students get hurt in this exam, you will have to explain yourself to me."
