Shrimpo starts having dreams of the seashore at dusk and conversing with a Toon he’s never seen before. The next day, the Toon gets introduced to Gardenview. Who is he, and what does this have to do with beaches!?

The more he grows tired of Gardenview, following many interactions with a music box and other toons, the more he wishes for more in his life.
