They were cautious when they breached the hull, overgrown with bright moss, and entered the interior. The corridors were dry and dusty; in the hab-suites, the lifeless frames of the crew lay as rusted hulks. The Autobots didn’t know what exactly these Decepticons had been working on, and so they maintained maximum focus as they removed the crates from the cargo hold.
They were cautious when they opened one of the crates before sending the unknown cargo through the groundbridge portal. Ordinary energon cubes, dusty from such long storage.

Basically I take prime Ratchet and I yeet him at bayverse Optimus, based on that one crossover twitter post, if you know you know

Ratchet paused, grip on the wrench faltering a little with surprise. "How... how do you know my name." He questioned, optics narrowing slightly. He wasn't sure how this bot knew who he was, they looked like Optimus but they weren't his Prime. His prime was dead.
"I..." They took a step forward, slowly, almost as if trying to be as non threatening as possible despite that big fuck ass sword that they wielded.
Ratchet took a quick, cautious step backwards in return. "Stay back." He warned, lifting the wrench.
