Lady's eyes widened ever-so-slightly at the last part, but she quickly tried to mask it, shoving his hands away. “You really think you’re that irresistible?”
“I think you hate how much you’re tempted.”
NOTE: This is based on the 2025 Netflix Adaptation. NO relation to the video games, or the 2007 anime (if there is, it's purely coincidental). So, if you didn't like Netflix's take and/or its portrayal of the Dante and Lady, proceed accordingly. Thank you!

He doesn't remember her name. Heck, what to expect from a guy who doesn't remember his own name either. But he knows her face.
Really, she is hard to forget. Two mismatched eyes stare determinedly, gun at the ready. Furrowed brows and tense muscles tell the rest of the story. Sure, she doesn't look like the nicest person on the planet, but something warm slowly spreads in his chest at the sight of this angry face.
Finally he feels something. An echo of forgotten sensation. A tickle of curiosity.
Good sign.

Shortly after returning the Dragon May Cry Keep after their adventure, Dante starts to feel really weird. It's like he's gone mad with desire, and Lady is the sole focus of it. Neither Dante, nor Lady understand why this is happening, until Vergil shows up, explaining that not only are Lady and Dante married against their will, but he placed the curse on Dante in an attempt to force Lady into having children.
Not to mention an unrelated strange blue knight arrives roughly a month later, challenging Dante to a beheading game...
(I swear this all will come together in a way that makes sense)
