    Neil Josten, Cardiac Surgeon, has always bounced from hospital to hospital, too volatile, until he gets invited (strongarmed) by David Wymack to join the ragtag team that makes up St Anthony’s Hospital. Everything is going swimmingly until he starts to experience some heart problems. Isn’t it weird how symptoms only appear when a certain pediatric surgeon is around?

    tldr: Neil is a cardiac surgeon and thinks his crush on Andrew is a heart condition.
