in a flurry of panic and uncontrollable emotion, she had then gone on to freeze not only her parents, but most of the xilan clan too. since that incident, she had been captured and thrown in a heavily warded cave in a secluded mountain of xishan, isolating her from the outside world.
so she’s gone mad, dongfang qingcang thinks. i think she can help me. i need to save her.
OR, to master liuli fire, one must have great love and compassion. a generous act like saving the xishan shennü from imprisonment has to count, right?
