Robert looks down at the lingerie again. Perhaps, he’ll switch over. After all, if it’s under his clothes, no one can see. He’s reminded of the bralette still sitting in the box and picks it up. Luckily it didn’t have actual cups, so it would fit snug against Robert’s flat chest. The butterflies flew faster, and the dispatcher felt excitement coarse through him. Fuck, he really wanted to put it on, he has to. He flips the clothing around and fumbles with the clasps, finally separating them.
“Oi! Bob-bitch, Guess who’ll be needing insulin tomo-“
Robert freezes, feeling his blood run cold. The butterflies cease their flight, falling into the stomach acid. His hands stop, clutching the bralette. No way…this can’t be happening! But the voice was crisp in his ears, and his right side felt a new tinge of warmth. Slowly, his head turns until his eyes meet Flambae’s.

“What, cat got your tongue?” The smirk in his voice was so obvious Robert didn’t need to look up to see it on his face. That was just his luck, he supposed. No peace, no quiet, only Flambae, who was shadowing him most of the night and almost burned him to death at one point.
“More like someone pissed in my drink” was Robert’s only answer. He really wasn’t in the mood, not right now, when he was still sore, to amuse the flaming hero. Whatever colorful story he was just saying probably wasn't worth listening to. If it were, he would listen from the beginning.

Shit, was he actually on fire? Chad checked his shoulders and forearms. There were wisps of smoke but no fire. He hadn’t done anything wrong. A deep scowl formed, and Chad turned to direct it at whoever called.
It was a hero who looked vaguely familiar, running towards him. He wore a dark blue suit with yellow stripes and a yellow ‘M’ on white armour.
“You’re a hero, right?” he called as he continued to close the distance. He was almost at Chad now.
“Uh,” started Chad.
“I need your help, let’s go!” the hero’s tone was confident and authoritative as he ran right past Chad, waving for him to follow.
