Summary
Something is different about Hizashi’s partners for the group presentations in his marine biochemistry class. They had to get specimens from the local estuary and Izuku and Shouta were the only ones with picture perfect specimens. When Hizashi asked how they'd managed to get such flawless samples, Izuku suggested he come swimming with them and they'd show him. Hizashi showed up with his snorkel, mask, and flippers. He wasn't expecting the others to show up with literal mermaid tails.

"Oh my gods! Yes" the other practically screams "He is /so/ hot"
Katsuki rolls his eyes. It's been like that for a week straight, all the customers have this /obsession/ over the new life guard that worked at the Wild Rapids ride and on occasion the toilet bowl. They all said the same damn thing
He is hot.
Katsuki doubts the guy is /that/ hot. To have /all/ customers and some staff members raving about em?
Yeah. Okay.

Summary
In the world of quirks, 90% of the population has a quirk. Izuku Midoriya does not get a Quirk with his peers, upset Kacchan takes him to the beach to show off his quirk knowing Izuku likes his small explosions. Izuku finds a fruit on the beach and his five-year-old brain thought why the hell not?
Izuku and Katsuki are surprised Izuku got powers from it. Katsuki wanting to test out these powers, brought Izuku to another area of the beach where the boys found three shipwrecked strangers.
Izuku didn't know for sure what would happen when he tried his quirk on them but he wanted to help them. Katsuki watched in awe as Izuku healed the three strangers. When the strangers woke up they explained to Izuku what he ate and where it came from.
This is a story where Katsuki never got the chance to develop his hatred for Izuku. Katsuki wasn't praised for his strong quirk he was cast aside as villainous and the kids would avoid him.

“Tell him about your quirk.” Inko suggested, though her eyes were filled with heartbreak. “He loves dissecting those, Erasure will distract him.” Shouta glanced sharply at the ghost, because she shouldn’t have known what his faked quirk was, and she shrugged sheepishly. “I may have been a vigilante for a few years, before Izuku was born. I retired around the time you debuted as a hero, but I remember your sports festival.”
Well, okay then.
“Izuku, do you know where I got the name Eraserhead?” Shouta took the suggestion.
“...no.” The boy sniffled after a few seconds.
“My quirk is called Erasure.” Shouta kept his voice soft and comforting. “I can erase your quirk, I promise you can’t hurt me, or make me stop.” Even without erasing his quirk, the kid couldn’t hurt him. It’d take more than a human with a quirk, even a death quirk, to kill something that wasn’t technically alive. “Can I come in? I promise not to touch you without your permission.”
Shouta was content to wait for the boy to work through whatever was going on in his head. He was patient, he could wait for an answer.
“Yeah.” The reaper’s patience was finally rewarded with a soft reply.

What she thought was going to be a nice vacation turned out to be anything but. Turns out Rody has a stalker ex-girlfriend that he needs help scaring off and who better than Izumi to help him with such a task! So now she has to pretend to be his girlfriend whenever they're out in public and even in the house.

Izuku joins Shigaraki on his quest to reshape society, building his skills and battling for the respect of the villains around him. Tearing them all apart and putting them back together stronger. Eliminating unnecessary variables, weaknesses, and heroes. Maybe he gets too close and intertwined with two of the villains he works with, but what's he got to lose? There's nothing left for him elsewhere, might as well indulge in the comfort and companionship, might as well accept his awkward crushes on his player 1, and their right hand man.
