It wouldn’t be great for Andrew’s reputation to be caught with his hands down yet another of his secretary’s pants (or skirt, as it often is in Neil’s case). His last, Roland, had been let go with a luxurious severance package and a vicious NDA. Neil doesn’t want to end up like that but there's nothing saying they can’t have fun in the meantime. It doesn’t mean Neil can’t purr the title like he’s already sitting pretty on his boss’s cock.

Neil doesn’t outwardly react, but straightens back up and his cheeks do get notable darker, even in the shitty light of the club. Andrew waits him out. He was almost all of Neil’s firsts, so he knows talking about sex, even under a layer of innuendo, can fluster him. Andrew would be lying if he said he didn’t like it.
Especially once he gets Neil under him, and all that blushing virgin behavior vanishes.
Neil clears his throat and chances a look at the other bartender on shift. “I think Roland will let me take it in twenty.”
“No.”

Neil gets drugged at Eden's. Again. They get him back quickly, but the parallels fuck with everyone and reveal what happened with Nicky the first time around.
But Andrew remains flawed, so doesn’t know anything is happening until he hears Nicky gasp. Nicky makes a lot of unnecessary noises, so this one isn’t especially concerning—not until Nicky’s hand flashes out to grip Andrew’s arm and he says, “Andrew,” with such strained urgency that Andrew’s head erupts into a riot of alarms.
He follows Nicky’s pointed finger and sees, through the thick forest of bodies, Neil. With some guy. Kissing. He’s out of his stool almost before he can consciously register the scene, leaving the scarred black metal toppling to the ground behind him and shoving into the crowd. Something is very wrong. Neil had been too still. Too loose. An unstringed puppet. Andrew knows what Neil looks like when he wants to kiss someone, and that—that isn’t it.
