Summary
Who deals with trauma like a champ? That friendly neighbourhood guy. What can throwing a more traumatised and very stabby teen possibly do to make it worse!
As usual, we own the rights to nothing, everything is owned by Marvel/Disney
The idea for the first chapter amused us and felt like a good attempt to start posting again, standard AO3 writer trauma stuff. Will leave it open to adding new chapter, have ideas, will just see how much motivation can get us! There might be smut scattered throughout later on, which will be labelled.

Summary
So this originally started off like the film Mr and Mrs Smith, where they both lead secret double lives, but I couldn't get that to work, so here is the finished version where just Izuku has the double life. Kept the title, just wanted to make sure people didn't get confused why the fic and title don't quite match up in the final version.
Set after the war, it's a one shot about them meeting and getting together, with snippets set over several years, including his secret being revealed. Izuku isn't a hero, but works as a quirk analyst, while Nejire is a hero and meets him in the line of duty.
Never had a set age, but roughly set when Izuku is roughly twenty three at the start, set several years after the end of the war.

Summary
Set after the Devil's Breath event at the end of the first game, Yuri and Peter end up tangled up together and develop a relationship of sorts, more physical than romantic, feeling the hole in each others life.
Not sure how much time between the end of the game and the DLC, but for the purposes of this story it's almost a year, while this follows their physical relationship in the meantime.

Summary
So I came across the whole throw Peter into Gotham and antics trend, apparently a couple of years late...
Anyways, it seemed like a fun idea, so I thought I'd give it a go! As usual I try to make Peter have a nice time, before the roof comes down, personal preference.
Fair warning, I'm at least one reboot of the comics behind, so the canon will be questionable, characters might have the identities I prefer vs what they would have at this point, the time line will be all over the place, also has bits of the batfamily webtoon sprinkled in because dammit the wholesome! There's a story I want to see if I can keep going long enough before the wheels fall off.
Or in short, a version made from different bits of the fandom, be warned it won't stick too close to canon.
As it's post No Way Home, dropped into Gotham after the events of that film, anyways, enjoy!

While Fire Lord Zuko ensured the humane holding conditions of his estranged father and sister immediately after his ascension to the throne, he reportedly never saw a need to continue communications with them. Before writing this book, my answer to such an obvious statement would have been, "Blasting flames—well of course he didn't!" Now, though, my answer would be quite different. But best leave that til later.
Fire Lord Zuko, when questioned about such matters, only ever gave one answer in response, saying: “A true leader has no need for snakes and scoundrels. Dragons are far superior.”
Given his far more professional reply, it is no wonder that he was the fire lord and I am a less-than-humble scholar.
