Harry James Potter , the so called "golden boy" who was expected to have a perfect, happy and luxurious life. Nobody would have thought that he was the complete opposite.Any punishment in hell would be a mere tickle compared to the pain he felt every Summer.He was tortured every damn minute of the day, either by his so called "family"or the voices screaming inside the boy's head.He was as far away from happy as a human could be. The closest thing to happiness he's ever felt was when Hagrid explained to him the wonders of The Wizarding World, but that feeling quickly turned into anxiety and fear as he realised that he'd probably get a HUGE punishment when he came back "home" because of the trouble he put the Dursleys through just by simply existing.His life was not luxurious in any way.He had to live in a tiny cupboard under the stairs for 10+ years. The only times he'd slept in a bed were when he was a baby and when he went to Hogwarts.He was starved most days.Harry was falling into an endless hole of despair and pain.He had to face more and more dangers by the year. He had lost so many loved ones since he came to Hogwarts. Guilt haunted him.Soon, he'd finally give up and he knew it well.
