I am translating the entire script of Miraculous Ladybug, to create a crack retelling of the story.
For a taste: Meet Marinade, wielder of the Bumblebee pearl, savior of Paris, trying to not be seduced by the evil Oscar, who captured Sorceress King. She is accompanied by Afternoon, the son of a famous fashion designer, and wielder of "a black cat ring that grants you the power of destruction."

A world where some people have magic. These can be classified into 3 groups; monarch is the highest, capable of insane power. Witch is the only kind that can be learnt, it’s like monarch magic but significantly less powerful and more specialized. The most common kind of magic is the abilities, a specific type of magic the user is born with and has to practice.
In a world with magic some are more powerful than others. They rise to the top, forming rival groups with way to much power on hand. This as expected leads to a messy world of politics and shenanigans.
Hello from 2025, I’m not finishing this. It is officially abandoned. If anyone wants to pick it up they are welcome to, but I fear the final nail in the coffin was my sister finding it. Don’t tell your siblings your Ao3 :(
