When our teen rebel, Katsuki Bakugo (who is not much of a rebel), is led to a street race, he finds thrill, shock, and another unexpected teen rebel.
Of course, the first thing he does is challenge that rebel, but I doubt that he'll win unscathed.
Or without a special someone on his arm.

Summary
Fashion Design freshman Katsuki Bakugo prides himself on two things: keeping his GPA at a pristine 95 and maintaining a wall of steel between himself and the rest of the campus. He has an exact routine for handling stress, midterms, and his annoying friends.
What he doesn’t have a routine for is the spacey upperclassman sitting on Kudo's floor with an electric guitar. Midoriya Izuku manages to derail Katsuki's brain with a single smile, a hidden eyebrow piercing under his untamed green curls, leaving him with a roaring pulse and the alarming realization that this man is a walking distraction tailored exactly to his taste.

Instead, the hand that lands on him is gentle, softly patting his head instead of… well, anything he thought would happen. Fingers delicately work their way through the tangles in his fur, and against his better judgment he finds himself slightly leaning into the warm touch. He warily opens one eye to get a glimpse at the last face he’ll ever see.
An angel stares back at him, silhouetted by the light of the moon with the widest blue eyes Hugo has ever seen. Water drips down from his hair into Hugo’s face, but he doesn’t seem to mind the rain. He’s smiling softly, and for some unexplainable reason Hugo wishes he could smile back.

It started when Varian stormed into their shared lab like a tornado, clutching a stack of envelopes stamped with the seals of various kingdoms.
“Hello to you too, Goggles.” Varian doesn’t slow as he marches towards Hugo. “Where’s the—“
Fire, he doesn’t get to say before Varian is standing close enough that the toes of their shoes are nearly touching.
“I need your help.”
Hugo has to bite his tongue to prevent himself from saying something embarrassing like “always” or “I would do anything for you”, and instead raises an eyebrow to show he’s listening.
Nothing could prepare him for the words “I need you to be my boyfriend” to come out of Varian’s mouth.
