Summary
Metas existed. It wasn't a secret. Few people were okay with metas living among them. Most people tried to keep metas and humans separated. Humans got a lot more privilege, no matter what metas tried. Protests? Ignored. Hiding your powers? They always found out.
It had been going on for decades now, since the first ever meta sighting was recording, and it was common knowledge that metas deserved less. One college student had the brilliant idea to stand up for his fellow metas. For the first time in history, a meta accomplished something and wasn't struck down for it.
When another college student comes around with a less than ideal past with a potential villain, will his connection tip the scales of justice or will his efforts be for naught?

Summary
The Croft Family has been falling apart ever since they moved into the Abbott House to fix it up when Logan was a child. The youngest brother, Janus, had drowned at only 6 years old. Their mother died next, days before they fled the house. Their father lasted another ten years before he, too, perished on the property he had no business being near.
Now it is just Logan, his younger brother Virgil, and his estranged brother Patton. But even that can't last forever. Logan will do everything in his power to protect the rest of his family from that house and its horrors, but will it be enough to overcome the curse of the Abbott House?

Summary
Janus and Logan Eleazar had no desire to be tutors. Between Janus' magic and Logan's skill with potions, they were hitmen at the top of their game. Even still, in order to kill Lord Edgar Leander, they needed to infiltrate the manor the nobleman lived in. Being tutors was an easy in and should have mattered very little to their over-arching plan. However, their young pupil, Roman Leander, had discovered a secret Janus was keeping from Logan. As a result, Janus found himself focusing more than he should on the boy and the life he led. He couldn't help but think that despite the lavish world Roman lived in, he was one of the most unhappy children he had ever seen.

At the Facility, eyes had color.

But they couldn't- or shouldn't- be found anywhere else. People with colored eyes were take to the Facility as soon as they were born.
The only way to evade the Facility was to hide, but one can only hide for so long.
