“Really?” Geralt said, conversationally, just for the way it made Jaskier’s scent spike with annoyance. Geralt licked a stripe up the side of his neck to taste the spice of him. “I think I’m uncommonly nice to you.”

He protects his land and his people, but otherwise keeps his head down. He has no intention of getting embroiled in any of the other territories' disputes. That is, until Bucky finds himself in possession of a beautiful companion and learns that the man is far more than he appears.
