Summary
Louis Tomlinson, was a name that several years ago everyone would know when it was said but now he was just another has-been actor who peeked young and flatlined before he was 30. He was given a second chance to get his name back in good graces with not only the media but with any producer in Hollywood who would make a half decent film.
Harry Styles, a nobody. He had worked hard to get where he was on Broadway. While sometimes it was selling tickets for shows between his freelance photography gig he knew that he would make it once the right change was given to him. Thankfully with the help of a few friends he lands a spot working with Broadway's next hit show - making the film 'The Greatest Showman' into a stage show. Only he is given a job he never realized was a thing for adult men in shows.
When both their paths cross they learn to face up to their past, accept their future and learn a little bit about themselves in the eyes of the other.

Ilya went silent immediately. That was not his brother’s voice. Nor was it Katia’s, his sister-in-law’s. It was an aristocratic, cold voice. He went completely still.
“Yes.”
“I’m calling from the Child Services Department, Ilya Grigorievich,” the woman continued, and Ilya frowned deeply. “Your brother Alexei Rozanov and his wife died yesterday in a car accident.”
Twice in his life, Ilya had felt like this. The ice around his heart melted just enough for the numbness to vanish and give way to a sharp, stinging pain. It lasted only two seconds before he managed to compose himself. He didn’t want to feel anything for Alexei, so even if Katia’s death carried a trace of sadness—she was a mess, but she always tried to smile at him and cook warm meals for him when he visited Russia—, he dismissed the feeling entirely.
“So what?”
“You are the only living family member of their daughter. Your brother named you as her legal guardian, Ilya Grigorievich.”

“Shane,” Ilya turned down the radio, hand falling to Shane’s relaxed arm.
The man turned to face him, Ilya could hardly see his facial structure in the darkness. If it weren’t for the many hours spent before Shane would awaken during rest days, how Ilya would attempt to memorize every crevice of his face, then Shane would be blind to him, but Ilya knew what expression he wore, how his eyes were furrowed, lips slanted. “It will be fine.”
“I’m nervous for you.” Shane finally spoke, Ilya waited for him to expand. “I’m worried she’ll—” he struggled for a moment, “bring out the worst in you.”
