She was tired, yes but she had to keep going. If they knew she had escaped they would be following her. She couldn’t take that chance, not in her condition. She was still injured. They got her quite good, a blow to the side and a few burns.

Summary
After being bitten by a radioactive spider Harry resolves to use his newfound abilities to save people... for attention? Okay, so maybe his motivations aren't the best at first, but it gets better. Never mind, worse. It gets worse. Spider-Man is notoriously hard to photograph, and the Daily Bugle becomes desperate enough that they offer to pay anyone who can bring in good pictures of Spider-Man. Harry webs all of their cameras without a second thought before he runs into his high school crush: Peter Parker. Next thing Harry knows, Peter is trading photo opportunities for kisses, complicating their relationship far more than it ever needed to be. To make matters worse, Harry's nemesis, Green Goblin, is starting to catch on. Now Peter is a target, and Harry is the only person who can save him and his family. Suddenly, his spider themed shenanigans are about anything but the fame.

Between being a hero, and a background character, Petra Parker has never felt seen in both. She's trans and has already accepted this fact about herself, she just needs to come out to her friends, co-workers, and more importantly, her crush. The problem? She's supposed to be Spiderman, and if she were to come out to the public, then the target suddenly lands on all of the trans girls in NYC. She doesn't want to make anyone's life worse, but she also wants to be herself.
