All Keith and Lance wanted was one peaceful morning to sleep in and enjoy some rare day off together aboard the Atlas. Just them, their cozy bed, and absolutely no responsibilities. But apparently, the universe (and their friends) had other plans. This is a lesson in why they really should've remembered to lock their door—and why being the "mom and dad" of the group (against their will) comes with some very unexpected interruptions. At least they're in this chaos together.

Keith was hungry. He had always been a little hungry, for as long as he could remember. There was just nothing he could do to entirely quench it, the thirst that dwelled deep inside him, pushed him to consume the life-giving essence, controlled him at his worst moments. And sure there were substitutes, food made specifically with his people in mind. Pouches made to look like Capri Sun and Go-Gurt for the vampire on the go. But it was never enough. Keith thought he would forever suffer, always just on the edge of being too hungry.
But that was before he started dating another supernatural being.

Summary
While taking readings of a strange temporal anomaly surrounding a wormhole, Keith and Lance find themselves face to face with their past. While trying to hide the future from their past selves, they find out some news that makes things that much more difficult.

“You thinking alternate realities again?” Lance asked Keith, finally looking over the crowd.
“No.” Keith said slowly, “We were taking readings on a temporal anomaly, Lance.”
“Right…”
“You do know what ‘temporal’ means, right?”
After a beat, Lance replied with a long “Oooh.” as realization struck him. Before he could say anything else, the green paladin stepped forward.
“Temporal anomaly? So you guys are us from another time?” She seemed overly excited about that idea, and Lance couldn’t help but grin at her.
“That, my dear baby Pidgeon, is exactly what we’re thinking.”

In all honesty, Lance doesn’t mind that he and Keith have never had sex. He knows that he’s ready when the time may come (if it ever does) but he isn’t expecting it. He enjoys their mostly-wholesome relationship, and loves everything Keith gives him already.
But, that’s definitely not to say that he hasn’t thought about it. Often.
When Keith sends him a wild, proud grin in battle after a particularly well-timed shot, or when he lets out these soft sighs as their kisses turn hot and wet— all Lance wants to do is press him into the nearest surface and give the boy anything he wants.

Summary
Keith sacrifices himself to save a whole planet; in doing so he gets sucked into a wormhole, leading back to Earth.
He crash lands the Red Lion. The broken lion can't get a message back to his team. All alone, Keith knows he can't go back to the Garrison, just look at what they did to Shiro when he crash landed on Earth. He can't go back to Texas, there's no one waiting for him there.
That's when Keith remembers something his boyfriend said, something about how his family would accept him as one of their own...
OR basically Keith bonding with Lance's family on Earth as he tries to get his lion working again so he can reunite with his team.
