Summary
September 1978: Four kids already disappeared between Denver suburbs of Lakewood and Westminster, and everyone blames a mysteryous kidnapper now known as "the Grabber". Meanwhile, strange things are occuring to Gwen and Finney Blake: Gwen keeps having weird dreams about the missing kids, while having to deal with her alcoholic father, and cops are trying to involve her in their investigations, like they used to do with her mother; Finney, on the other hand, is struggling with the crush he has on his best friend Robin Arellano, and he starts picking strange calls on his home phone. Both kids are scared about this, knowing what all of this meant for their mom... But when Robin disappears as well, they both realize they might be the only ones who could really find him: will they be able to find out where he's kept, and save him from the Grabber before it's too late?

My complete rewrite of The Black Phone movie, starting off from a very simple question that came to me when I first saw it on the big screen: what if instead of focusing on Finney being kidnapped, the story was about he and Gwen teaming up to save Robin?

Tonight, they played Ouija, and are now wondering about the missing kids from their neighborhood, and just as well about the dreams Gwen has been having since Griffin Stagg disappeared...

Third part of my Black Phone rewrite, the first one revolving around Gwen's character and her dreams, and featuring Susie (which is going to have much more space in this story than in the movie), happening between the movie's prologue and its beginning in Blakes' home.

July 1978: One week before the upcoming baseball game, miss Collins finds Finney Blake in the boys' locker room as he's dealing with a secret crush he struggles to understand, and makes him wonder a lot about himself. Meanwhile, two kids disappeared from the neighborhood, and voice spread all the way to Westminster, nearby suburb...

Second part of my Black Phone rewrite, covering the original movie's prologue (the baseball match and Bruce Yamada being kidnapped) and featuring an exceptional guest, miss Collins from Carrie (1976), alongside some plot-points from her movie and some references to other versions of her character in media.
I moved the story from North Denver to its nearby suburbs of Westminster, and especially Lakewood. I'm not American, and I never saw a baseball game in my life. If anyone has something to correct me about, please do!
