Oh, also, Something is an interdimensional eldritch horror that’s been feeding on the fears and sorrow of Sunny and Basil since Mari died… Probably should’ve led with that.

Summary
Chara always hated humans. Well, not exactly “always”, but ever since they could remember they have. For this reason, they fled from humanity. And for this reason, when given the chance, they destroyed their entire world. They are untouchable now, above everything else…
Clover was a normal kid, or well, as normal as anyone who dresses up as a cowboy can be. But they’ve always held human life in high regard. So they fell into the heart of the earth to figure out what happened to so many kids before them. In there, they learned that monsters were real, and in there they learned that not all life held value.
When these two met, it went about as well as you’d guess. But they didn’t meet to fight, and a teenager has big, big plans for them.

What the fuck is an engine!?!?I took Mari, made her into a god beyond all time and space, threw together a (probably) unique magic system, and created this. While some major plot points in the Omori story may still come to fruition, this won't be too directly tied to it.

In all seriousness, this is actually really good. I really love the idea of characters calmly stating they’re about to do something in anger, so Basil just saying that he’s gonna hit Aubrey completely deadpan made me happy.
The writings really good and I hope to write as much internal life as contained in here without being circular sometime in the future.
