He really won’t be able to avoid calling the cops if that happens. Megumi is not about to go to jail for a crime he didn’t commit because Sukuna couldn’t clean up after himself. But Sukuna only lets out a laugh, Megumi pauses his stitches as Sukuna’s stomach rolls from the unexpected movement.

I'm sorry this summary was so bad. Literally it's just Stiles being super sweet and protective of Derek and Derek being nice and soft and trusting Stiles to take care of him.
