I faintly hear the clicking of the devices syncronise with the tempo of the song, ticking out a staccato rhythm like a metronome, pulling me further into the red eyes staring at me as if he could look into my soul. Maybe he could, i knew a few people back home with the ability, whose to say wizards with their multiple spells couldn’t all do it. I finally looked away as my humming came to an end, what was only a few seconds having felt like an eternity.
