UPDATED BOOKMARK LIKE 4 YEARS LATER:
“hot damn” is a goddamned understatement. My second read of this was so much better than the first.
Incredibly well written, with the skill and most enjoyably the *intention* of a good published author.
Famously (among those who know me) the work that I didn’t read the tags on and as such was completely blindsided by the vampire reveal in the best way possible. On my second read—it was so obvious! I don’t know how I missed it! Still made for a rewarding experience.
