    The Valuka Shuna are expertly adapted to life in the deserts of Sumeru, but Tighnari was born with a rare condition that resulted in his hair being dark, instead of the sandy color of other Valuka Shuna. Due to this, he has an incredibly low tolerance to heat, and faints often.
    After a hunting trip with his family in the desert goes wrong, he collapses, and his parents fear for his life. In an effort to save their son, Tighnari's parents plead with King Deshret to allow his healers to help him. Finding Tighnari to be exceptionally fair and recognizing that his life in the desert will be difficult on his own, the king agrees...on one condition.

    Tighnari is to be surrendered to King Deshret's palace and is to take up the role as his son's, Prince Cyno's, concubine.

    How will Tighnari adjust to this new role? Why is the prince so kind to him?

    And what are these feelings Tighnari is suddenly experiencing?

    Tighnari flinched as he heard the sound of bones crunching. Even after weeks, Tighnari couldn’t quite get used to it – Cyno was, at least, courteous enough to shift in another room, but that wasn’t blocking out all the noises. Not for his sensitive hearing.

    Something hung heavily in the air – tension and wild instinct, or something along those lines as Cyno growled, something far deeper and scarier than Tighnari had heard. This was certainly no cute puppy. He watched as Cyno’s body shifted, growing in size rather than diminishing. His heart squeezed.

    What did he get himself into this time?

    when the dog tighnari adopted turned into a human in the middle of his apartment, tighnari isn't quite sure where to go from there, except maybe get a little touchy and intimate with his newfound roommate. but it's not always as simple as that, is it?
