Kurusu stood up from her chair. “Will we be able to save Fushiguro by then?” she asked. Maybe it was the light from her halo that made her eyes sparkle. Maybe it was the full force of her naivety showing through the only way it could, or the way her hope forced its way through the spreading fog of doubt. Whatever it was, Yuuji was drawn to it. He smiled at her and caught a hint of her sweet optimism. “We’re saving Fushiguro!”
Between November 19th, when Gojo is released from the Prison Realm, and December 24th, when his and Sukuna's highly anticipated fight will take place, Yuuji struggles to come to terms with the loss of his friends and the seeming end of the world. By his side, whether he likes it or not, is Hana Kurusu, who is limited by her missing arm and inexperience, but not in her belief that he will rescue Fushiguro.

Junpei didn’t bother taking off his shoes when he got back upstairs. He freed Jason from his harness, grabbed a large black duffle from the office, and waved goodbye to a confused, whining Jason. Nitta was leaning against the car, phone raised to one ear, when Junpei finally walked outside. He handed a tablet to Junpei and gestured for him to get in the back. “Sorry for the rush,” Nitta said as he closed the driver’s door. “It’s an evolving situation. Unfortunately, that means information is pretty scarce.”
Junpei hummed. Scarce was an understatement. There were barely two paragraphs covering an estimated number of victims, chaotic eyewitness reports, and the incident’s location.
The car hit a bump in the road. Junpei’s stomach jumped.
“Satozakura?” he whispered.
After a youth of darkness and trauma, Yoshino Junpei enjoys settled life as an adult. He has a loving boyfriend, caring friends, a dog that tolerates him, and purpose as a jujutsu sorcerer. But that doesn't mean the past will leave him alone.

Summary
It was weird. Uncomfortable really. Almost a dozen people were watching them, and the angle of Tsumiki’s face pushed her nose and chin, which were much, much bonier than they looked, into Yuuji’s cheek and chin. He also felt a little nauseous; not enough to throw up, but there was an acidic churning in his stomach that may have been from the jungle juice, but he wasn’t sure.
Yuuji sees a different side to one of his oldest friends while helping out at a cheer squad training camp. But does anything have to change after Tsumiki's true feelings come out?

Despite Yuuji’s implications, there was nothing happening between him and Hajime Kashimo. Yeah, they were on friendly terms and, sure, they occasionally hung out at school outside of class and, absolutely, Hajime had blue eyes and broad shoulders and a bad attitude, but that didn’t mean anything was happening or would ever happen between them.
After being out of school for nearly a month due to his grandfather's death, Sukuna has a ton of homework he needs to catch up on. Thankfully, his hunky lab partner is more than happy to keep him company while he does it.
