Summary
When you had been diagnosed with two lifelong, chronic illnesses your first year in high school, you had instantly shifted your plans. Away from grand aspirations, away from long-term plans, and into reality. Ever practical, you channeled your focus into things you knew would help down the line, even if it's not fun now. Learned how to mitigate. Learned how to work with it, day in and day out.
And then a bunch of turtles get into a fight right outside your window, and suddenly the exhausting life path laid out before you looks a little more interesting.
This is my love letter to the chronically ill people in the TMNT fandom.

Summary
Ryland Grace is in the process of attempting to fix as many stars as possible within the area from Earth to Erid, along with his best friend, Rocky. This all goes completely and utterly out of whack when he accidentally drives his spaceship into a wormhole and crash-lands slap bang in the middle of Antarctica. On Earth. Although this Earth doesn't seem to be his Earth. Once again, he is stripped away from his home, trying to protect the livelihood of a planet, star, and potentially the universe.

At the end of Avengers: Infinity War, Nobody dies; instead, Thor actually goes for the head, killing Thanos without triggering the events of Avengers: Endgame. The infinity stones are spread to the furthest corners of the universe by Doctor Strange, and the Avengers become a whole again. One year later, Rocky and Grace are cast into their universe through a wormhole.

Summary
Surviving in the wilderness really isn't all it's cracked up to be.
After being gone for a year, John Dory returns to the Troll Tree to find it completely empty. Save for one troll: His baby brother, Branch. Thinking the trolls and the rest of his family dead, he sets off once again to the Neverglade Trail, this time, with his baby brother in tow. Fueled by fear, guilt, and voices from the past he just can't seem to escape, he wonders if he made the right decision.
But he promised his brother he would never leave him again. So he wouldn't.
Besides, he was never known for his great decisions anyways.
(Based on the song "Great Decisions" by Judah & the Lion)

“It’s a nickname. Short for Donatello.”
“Heh.” He quirks a smile. “Kinda a coinkydink ‘cause-”
“Hamato Donatello.” Leo’s head shoots up and the turtle looks back. “My brothers are Leonardo, Raphael, and Michelangelo. They have nicknames too. Mikey, Raph…” He tilts his head, urging, “Leo.”
Leo stares, looking for any sign of deception. The turtle keeps talking, almost as if he’s trying to get the words out before his brain can catch up. “We’re a team. We fight crime and save people. I have a father. We call him Splinter. He’s a rat. Used to be a human. Adopted me and my brothers, taught us ninjitsu.”
Leo’s paralyzed. He waits for the snickers, or for the punchline.
The turtle does not shirk away, eyes bright with the maniac look that Donnie gets when he proves a theory correct and is dying for a single person to acknowledge that he’s the smartest being on planet earth.
“So. Leo.” It’s conversational, calm, eager. “What’s your family like?”
(Or, A crossover where 2012Donnie is sent by Za-Naron into the Prison Dimension and joins RiseLeo during his stay. ✨ And they bond. ✨)
