LettuceK’s voice rang out from above the ruined center of the Northern Council, his shadowed figure standing atop the Castle with the rest of his army behind him. He looked intimidating, ears raised high, his gaze fixed directly on him.
“Surrender now, or I will ban your best friend in front of everyone here.” His voice was far too calm.
He frowned. “Best friend? Theo is behind me. What are you talking about?”
A smile spread across Lettuce’s face. He gave a signal, and before Parrot could process what was happening, another figure stepped forward beside him.
“Him.”
Lettuce pointed toward the figure, the sun revealed the face hidden beneath the shadows.
Parrot’s eyes widened.
"Wifies?"

Wifies is brought back to life with the help of his creator.
His only goal is simple: watch Parrot from afar, and make sure he’s safe. But plans rarely stay simple on the server, and before he knows it, he finds himself dragged into the conflict of the LAW.
Luckily for him, Wemmbu had the strength. What he needed was someone with brains.

ParrotX2’s life sucks, like really badly. Well, of course it would. He’s born quarter parrot which basically meant his wings were too small to fly while still having them affect ordinary life. His parents died very young, he has almost no friends and the people he was friends with either died or left him.
he lives off of instant noodles and he works at the most dangerous coffee shop around. Oh did he mention his powers suck ass?
But it’s fine, it’s totally fine, as long as his life plans don’t get thrown out of the window because of Villains, or hero’s, or Vigilantes. He’ll make it work.

This was an unforseen consequence of making life, and Arthur and Delilah are kinda sick of it! Outbursts after hours are one thing, but lashing out at handlers, and in front of children? That's not something they can afford.
They can't get rid of a toon’s feelings, though, not without a lot of money and a lot of risk. But they *can* make more toons.
If they could somehow vent that frustration, hate, loneliness, boredom, and apathy, on something— some toon, that could handle it… would they be better performers?

Summary
"Tragedy" is a word that can perfectly describe what happened in Gardenview the day its true intentions were revealed in the most terrible way possible. It's been almost ten years since all the staff in Gardenview was infected by the ichor.
What happened to all the toons? Well, the day of said catastrophe, all of the toons fled through exits they had made within Gardenview thanks to the unexpected help from a new, "timely" face. With that help, they managed to create tunnels beneath Gardenview - some might call it "Underview".
They created a civilization from the 39 toons that managed to make it to the tunnels before they were shut.
But, of course, no fairytale lasts forever. The fragile peace they had withheld for so long had been abruptly shattered after an observation of one of the infected left Underview stunned and terrified. This happened only a day after an old yet new face, quite literally, fell into the civilized underground.
Can Underview survive this new and startling threat?
Only time can tell.
And time can be twisted and manipulated when put in cruel hands.
