The soft shuffle of Chan’s feet against the wooden floor stops suddenly, the silence of the room hefty, a weight blanketing the darkness that engulfs them. It's a burden Changbin's not sure he can carry on his own. His heartbeat begins jack-hammering in his chest, surely Chan hadn’t heard him? He can barely hear himself.
Then again, they knew each other like no one else ever could.
Chan has always been too attuned to him, maybe if he stays still Chan will think it was nothing, that he misheard something.
No one moves.
Just quietly existing so close, but never close enough.

Summary

“You come climbing down the fire escape to invade my privacy by knocking on my window to ask for a favour?” Minho asks incredulously. He immediately goes to push the window down to shut it, but the stupid thing always gets stuck when he opens it. This is why he rarely opens his window. God damn it.
The stranger makes perfect use of his delay, hopping in place with the franticness of his words. “Please! I can’t go through my own apartment, my roommates are fucking on the couch."----

Summary
Jisung finds that with night time, he loses a lot of his common sense. Not in the sense that he does anything risky or harmful, but that he becomes curious about things he would never be interested in during the day time. The most recent example of this was anime fanfiction and, well, look at him now. So it can't really be blamed on him when, at the ungodly hour of 2:15am, he starts searching for idol fanfiction. Technically, it's Changbin's fault for putting the idea in his head to begin with.
Or, Han Jisung is a completely straight, heterosexual man.

“Well obviously I’m a friend of Seungmin’s.”
Jisung pauses to stare, eyes narrowing with curiosity. “Yeah,” he plays along. “But you’re new.”
Minho chuckles. “You keep saying that. What does that mean?”
“I mean that you’re new. Here. Today. New. I’ve experienced this wedding over thirty times now and—” his breath hitches because he really just said that out loud, but there’s an immediate flicker in Minho’s eyes that has him exhaling with relief.
“Oh. Well.”

But Chan, he’s prettier. Especially when he’s beneath him and moaning his name, over and over, while Changbin pounds him into tomorrow.
The second is that the world must exist solely on this strip of island in the middle of the ocean.
