"Kill the Town's Knight, pure of soul. Do that and you can go home." Was not the phrase Guqqie was expecting to hear in her head after one too many sleepless nights in the lab.
Guqqie is being driven mad by the strange voices they're hearing from the portal in their lab, Aimsey is being driven mad by Beep's hatred for aliens. Eventually the forces pushing each of them into hysteria collide and convince them of a common goal; kill the other to benefit yourself.
