“You dove. Into the pool. Headfirst,” Skate's voice was muffled into the pillow his face was stuffed in. He still hadn't gotten off of him. “Your head collided with the bottom of the pool. Hard.”
“Oh. What does… that mean?”
“It means,” Hyperlaser sounded grim, “you got a spinal cord injury. You're paralyzed. From the waist down. And that… that's lucky, according to the doctors.”

In an ideal world, he would choose not to stay in Blackrock, despite how badly seen it was for inphernals to leave their factions. At the limit, he would even be ready to leave behind all the work he's put so much heart into. So what’s really keeping him there?
Despite his conflicted feelings, Medkit cares enough about his colleague, Subspace, not to leave him. If he left, Subspace would despise him, rightfully so. And without Subspace, Medkit would be all alone out there.
Subspace is satisfied with what he has: a plan to achieve greatness and a hardworking coworker by his side. He never did put effort into becoming any closer than colleagues with Medkit, he didn't see the need for it.

Summary
Sunny finds himself unsure of what he wants. But he definitely knows he does not want to be going off to summer camp. Even if he'll be by his friend's side. He's unsure since deep down he's starting to think he might not be who he thought he was and begins to see a darker side of himself he tries to push down. But he tries his hardest to be there for his friends and his sister. And he tried to navigate all the weird things he's beginning to feel once he meets a new boy named Basil at the camp. Even though Sunny still thinks everything is weird and somewhat burdensome he begins to embrace it. And maybe spending an entire month in the woods was what he needs to begin to feel happy again.

Sunny wasn’t sure he even wanted to be here. He wasn’t even sure this would help him become more open or make him happy, now that he was out of his room; that's how his sister and mother had offered the idea to him, as though they were trying to get him to pitch into the idea. Maybe they have a point if he’s going to try and enjoy his summer he might as well pitch into their idealization of the experience. He had to… for Mari’s sake. And perhaps even his own. He just had to try.

Summary
Despite being an integral character in OMORI, Basil remains somewhat of an enigma. This story will attempt to dig into Basil's side of the narrative. By using Basil's own version of Headspace and following the events of the game, I hope that we can really get at what he felt through all this. Elements of OMOCAT's early version of Basil, Rowan, will get mixed in here, as I think there's a lot to explore there that isn't too far off base.
This one is gonna be a slow burn as we build up Basil's world, but stick with it, I've got some cool stuff planned.

Summary
6 years ago Basil and Sunny had strung Mari up on a tree, and then soon after Sunny Suzuki had disappeared. Blaming himself, Basil assumed Sunny committed suicide. But, years later when he finds out Sunny went off and secretly joined the Mafia, Basil joins up with Kel, Hero, and the Special Detective Agency to bring them to justice. The job would be much simpler if he didn't still have feelings for his friend of old.
(Also they have superpowers.)

Stranger was an enigma to Omori. He was never created by Omori, so seeing him for the first time made him weary of him, as if he would hurt Sunny. But Stranger did no such thing. he didn't know what his objective is. But what ever it was, he seemed as if he wouldn't stop til he found it.
