    Here's what happened. James and Lily had died to protect their son. They had done it all for Harry, did everything they could to ensure his safety and happiness. All for Albus to dump him at Petunia's where he was neglected and abused.

    Lily had seen it, sort of. The afterlife was weird like that. You could watch your living loved ones but not directly. It wasn't like turning on the telly and watching their lives. It was more of a feeling with flashes of memories. She could feel her son's pain, his confusion, his fear, his hopelessness. Every once in a while she could see him too, locked up in his little cupboard, not bothering to cry because he knew that tears would only bring more pain. She could feel his hunger, his desperation. It was eating her alive... Well... Not alive. That was the problem.

    The afterlife was supposed to bring them peace, it was supposed to be their final resting place, but Lily couldn't rest, not when Harry was wasting away in some dark hole and nobody was doing anything to fix it.

    She was his mother, and she was going to fix it. And if that ment dragging her husband and their new friend back through the veil to the land of the living, then so be it.

    Dabi is in the strange position of hiding from his past by being really, ridiculously obvious to everyone from his past on national TV. With the League bar a smoking ruin, he jumps straight from The Bachelorette into Bachelor In Paradise with the hope that the program’s “secret” location and army of bodyguards will keep him from being kidnapped a second time… or. Well. A third time, really. He just needs to play it cool, but that’s hard when Hawks has followed him to Paradise too, and Dabi can’t seem to concentrate on any of the other contestants.

    Hawks is in the strange position of playing secret bodyguard for the man he’s fallen for, because the only other informants for the HPSC’s darkest secrets have either disappeared or been killed. This piles more angst on top of his already-confusing crush. Is he even allowed to have a crush? Emotions are hard. Hawks is suffering.

    Meanwhile Natsuo is horrified but vindicated when he learns that the details of his brother’s death were forged; half of the U.A. staff is on the hunt for Oboro Shirakumo, who called into a radio show despite being dead for over ten years; and the League may not be villains, but they don’t take an insult laying down.

With Greyback on the run, they can't do much but follow whatever leads they may have from the Death Eaters crime organization. Nothing new comes up until a new set of murders catches the detectives' attention. A brilliant killer is leaving notes for them, murdering notable criminals and mocking the police department. This brings Remus back from the dead after 4 years.

    Little do they know Sirius' estranged brother, Regulus (and his friends) are behind these crimes. James accidentally goes undercover, Regulus has a plan. But he did not take into account falling for his brother's handsome and charming best friend.

    James and Sirius try to solve the murders, find out Remus is alive, and James inevitably falls in love with Regulus.
